For a Shared World ｜南外仙林分校华侨城中学第一届外语节文艺汇演

The gala for the first foreign language festival of OCT Junior Middle School of Nanjing Foreign Language School Xianlin Campus took place on May13th, 2022 .The theme is "For a Shared World". Students presented splendid performances to all the teachers and students.

5月13日下午，以 “For a Shared World” 为主题的南京外国语学校仙林分校华侨城中学第一届外语节文艺汇演在我校报告厅隆重举行。同学们经过一个多月的精心选材、用心编排、全心打磨，为全体师生呈现了一场精彩的视听盛宴。

Have you heard of the novel Black Beauty? The life of the horse is full of twists and turns.

1. Black Beauty 《黑骏马》

Through films, we learn not only English expressions but also customs and cultures.  The animals in the show are so lovely .

2. Alice in Wonder 《爱丽丝梦游仙境》

It tells the story about the adventure of various kinds of cute pets. Students are shining on the stage likesuperstars.

Do you remember the four penguins？They are in New York's Central Zoo who need to carry out all kinds of secret tasks. The leader of the penguins is Skipper who is brave and intelligient.

2. The Penguins of Madagascar 《马达加斯加的企鹅》

Actors：Yang Jinghan, Ding Ziqian, Wang Enchi, Ma Yudong, Dong Yunrong.

The film tells the story of the protagonist, Gru, who planned a perfect plan to steal the moon, but unexpectedly, the shrink ray gun that stole the moon was stolen by the new thief Victor. Gru decided to adopt three orphans and used them to enter Victor's  castle.

3. Despicable Me 《卑鄙的我》

Actors：Hu Ziyan, Gu Chenxi, Li Yuxin, Lin Shuyu, Guo Xinya.

What does "the world" refer to? The world can be all the living human inhabitants on Earth, and it's a big world for us. It can also be a small world, which means our families, our schools, and even our classes. So let's look at the word "shared" again. This shows that we humans, as part of the world, not only have abundant resources, but also have a responsibility to contribute to them.

The first English festival show has come to a successful end. This activity not only provides a platform for students to show their English talents, but also creates a good English learning environment. Each participant has had a deeper understanding of English culture and more time to improve their English skills. This activity has also brought them an forgettable memory.

首届英语节表演盛会，圆满落幕，不仅给学生提供了一次英语才艺展示的平台，而且营造了良好的英语学习环境。每一个参与者，都多了一个层面更深入了解英语文化，多了一些时间锤炼英语各项技能，多了一次契机积累难得的同窗记忆。
